8 Angry Men

12 Angry Men is an ensemble play. But we are also working with men who have full-time jobs, and families and are finishing up productions with other theater companies. SO--tonight we only have 8 of our 12 actors. What do we do? Ask Jim, who plays the guard to read for 2 missing jurors, and Carly, our stage manager/assistant director to read for the other 2 missing actors. We make it work!
